Organizzare un Matrimonio a Settembre è una delle cose che più preferisco.

Profuma ancora d’estate, i colori sono ancora accesi e stanno per lasciare il passo all’autunno, il clima è fresco e leggero e le giornate sono ancora lunghe.

Settembre è un mese carico di nuovi inizi, progetti ambiziosi e nuove pianificazioni.

Sono tante le Spose che lo scelgono per il proprio Matrimonio (come me!) e tante quelle che invece lo scelgono per iniziare ad organizzare il loro per la primavera o estate successiva.

Se invece non siete ancora pronti per il grande giorno e volete aspettare ancora qualche mese, ecco qui un po’ di miei consigli sul Matrimonio Invernale.

Comunque sia io sono già qui pronta per voi in attesa di scoprire cosa ci riserverà  la fine di questo 2022 in attesa della prossima Wedding Season 2023!

Il momento del taglio della torta nuziale è uno dei momenti più romantici del Matrimonio, atteso con ansia dagli invitati ed anche dagli Sposi. 

Ultimamente sempre più Sposi, provenienti soprattutto dall’estero scelgono di non avere una Torta Nuziale ma di terminare la cena con il dessert e un brindisi.

Io in questo mi ritengo un po’ all’antica e penso che non ci possa essere Matrimonio senza Torta!

La Wedding Cake non può mancare!

Capisco però la tendenza di chi non la vuole fare, questo capita spesso perchè non si condividono i vecchi canoni della tipica Torta Nuziale che magari ci hanno annoiato un po’!

Il mio consiglio è di scegliere una Torta in linea con il mood del Matrimonio, se avete scelto uno stile Vintage per il vostro Matrimonio perchè non optare per un tipo di torta dall’apparenza e dai sapori antichi, rivisitata magari in chiave moderna?

Se invece avete deciso di festeggiare il vostro Matrimonio all’aperto, in chiave bucolica perchè non optare per una torta a piani decorata con fiori veri?

Mentre per i Matrimoni più romantici, in location importanti come Castelli, Ville o Dimore Storiche, una Wedding Cake a più piani decorata in pasta di zucchero accompagnata da altri dolci decorati su una Sweet table ben allestita farà impazzire di gioia tutti i vostri ospiti.

L'articolo Torta Nuziale: Quale scegliere? proviene da Denise More.

Il taglio della Torta Nuziale è uno dei momenti più attesi della festa.

Gli ospiti si aspettano che sia scenografica ed allo stesso tempo deliziosa!!!

Al momento della scelta un aspetto fondamentale da tenere in considerazione è quello della stagionalità dei prodotti.

Via libera quindi a frutta fresca nelle creme in primavera ed estate e fantasie di cioccolato, caramello e frutta secca per i Matrimoni invernali e autunnali.

Per quanto riguarda l’estetica vera e propria, il mio consiglio è di preferire una torta a più piani, decorata tenendo conto dei colori e del Mood del Matrimonio.

Le possibilità sono infinite:

Dalle torte ricoperte di panna spatolata per i più classici.

Decorate con fiori freschi, alle Naked Cake per gli sposi dai gusti più semplici o per i ricevimenti Rustic Chic.

Alle torte ricoperte in pasta di zucchero che offrono la possibilità di avere mille varianti sia nei colori che nelle decorazioni e si adattano a diversi stili.

Sempre più spesso la Wedding Cake viene affiancata da un vero e proprio Sweet Table, un angolo di dolci delizie pensato per stupire e deliziare i vostri ospiti!

Sweet Table

L’allestimento dello Sweet Table è molto importante.

Alzatine per torte di varie dimensioni, boule di cristallo per confetti o praline, Cupcakes, Popcakes, Biscotti decorati dovranno essere in armonia con la Wedding Cake.

L’accostamento di fiori e candele aiuterà a creare quella giusta atmosfera ed assicurare l’effetto Wow!

September, along with June, is my favorite month of the wedding season.

It still smells of summer, the colors are still bright and are about to give way to autumn, the climate is cool and light and the days are still long.

September is a month full of new beginnings, ambitious projects and new plans.

There are many Brides who choose it for their wedding (I got married in September!)

And many who choose it instead to start organizing theirs for the following spring or summer.

However, I am already here ready for you waiting to find out what the end of this 2020 has in store for us waiting for the next Wedding Season 2023!

For now this month of September has given me a feature of my latest work on Elle Spose.

Le Partecipazioni sono il vero e proprio biglietto da visita del vostro Matrimonio.

Molto spesso però accade che questo aspetto venga sottovalutato e che queste vengano pensate come mero strumento di informazione da consegnare ai propri invitati.

Niente di più sbagliato, in quanto esistono delle regole di Galateo ben precise da seguire.

L’invito al Matrimonio dovrà rispecchiare lo stile e la palette di colori scelti per l’intero evento in quanto è il primo elemento della Wedding Stationery che dovrà essere interamente in coordinato.

Wedding Stationery

Altro non è che l’insieme di tutti gli elementi grafici e stampati presenti nel Matrimonio.

Partecipazioni, Libretto Messa, Menù, Segnaposto, Elementi del Tableau o Escort Cards, qui troverai un mio articolo dedicato interamente alla Wedding Stationary.

Sono i dettagli come questo a fare la differenza in un evento.

La grafica coordinata vi aiuterà a mantenere il fil rouge scelto in ogni piccola, grande cosa.

La Partecipazione quindi  aiuterà i vostri invitati a capire lo stile del vostro Matrimonio e di questo ve ne saranno grati anche quando dovranno scegliere l’outfit più adeguato.

Se avete scelto lo stile classico ed elegante per il vostro Grande Giorno, optare per una partecipazione in Carta Amalfi scritta in Corsivo inglese per esempio potrebbe essere la scelta giusta.

Se invece le vostre Nozze saranno in stile Country in una location all’aperto, preferite una soluzione più informale in cartoncino non lavorato o in carta riciclata, magari da adornare con un fiocchetto in corda naturale.

Per i più moderni sono di gran voga in questo momento le Partecipazioni su foglio di acrilico trasparente con incisione a laser in color oro per esempio.

Se diversamente preferite uno stile semplice ma comunque di moda, scegliete delle Partecipazioni con motivi floreali nella palette di colori definita per il vostro evento.

Per quanto riguarda il Galateo, in passato erano le famiglie degli Sposi ad annunciare il Matrimonio dei propri figli.

Al giorno d’oggi, anche in virtù delle lunghe convivenze che si fanno prima di sposarsi, sono gli stessi Sposi che annunciano le loro Nozze e quindi userete i vostri nomi e cognomi.

Partecipazioni Matrimonio: Le informazioni

Le informazioni che non dovranno mancare saranno Data, Ora e Luogo della Cerimonia, Location scelta per il ricevimento con relativo indirizzo.

Ricordatevi inoltre di inserire la dicitura R.S.V.P. ed i vostri indirizzi e recapiti telefonici in modo che i vostri invitati siano facilitati nel darvi conferma.

Inoltre, inserire all’interno una piccola mappa che indichi il tragitto dal luogo della cerimonia al luogo del ricevimento sarà un dettaglio molto gradito per tutti i vostri ospiti.

Non vi dimenticate di scrivere le buste rigorosamente a mano, possibilmente con una penna stilografica.

Se la vostra grafia è illeggibile ai più, non preoccupatevi, la soluzione potrebbe essere quella di rivolgersi ad un calligrafo! 

Bannati i titoli professionali o accademici come Dott., o Prof., i vostri ospiti saranno tutti “Gentilissimo/gentilissima”; ciò che indicherete sulla busta farà capire a chi è esteso l’invito: “Gentilissima Famiglia …”, “Gentilissimi Sig. e Sig.ra…”, “Gentilissimo Sig. …”

Tempistiche

Il mio suggerimento è di consegnare le partecipazioni circa 3 mesi prima dall’evento.

Se prevedete di avere ospiti che vengano da altre città o dall’estero, fate precedere la Partecipazione ufficiale da un biglietto con il Save the Date per la data scelta diverso tempo prima, in modo che si possano organizzare al meglio.

Non tutti sanno cosa sia una Wedding Stationary o comunque non hanno ben chiari gli elementi che ne fanno parte.

La Wedding Stationary altro non è che l’Immagine Coordinata del Matrimonio.

Cos’è l’immagine coordinata?

E’ l’insieme di tutti gli elementi grafici che a partire dal logo saranno sviluppati in base allo Stile del Matrimonio e che manterranno una coerenza di stile nelle varie applicazioni sui diversi supporti.

Wedding Stationary: Il Logo

Questo può essere più o meno elaborato e generalmente include le iniziali dei due Sposi con un design adeguato al Mood scelto per l’evento.

Il logo si inserirà in tutti gli elementi della Wedding Stationary, dalla Partecipazione di Nozze, al Menù, ai Segnaposto, al Welcome fino al Libretto Messa.

Potrà persino essere proiettato con un fascio di luce in un progetto di Light Design ben studiato.

La partecipazione

Altro elemento fondamentale della Wedding Stationary è la Partecipazione, il vero biglietto da visita del Matrimonio!

Spesso sottovalutata e pensata come un mero strumento di informazione riguardo i luoghi scelti per Cerimonia e Ricevimento. 

La Partecipazione invece dovrà già riflettere il Mood dell’evento in modo che possa indicare agli ospiti se si tratterà di un Matrimonio formale o informale per esempio, se è richiesto un dress code.

Per quanto riguarda gli elementi di Wedding Stationary per la Cerimonia, le Wedding Bags potranno essere personalizzate con il logo degli Sposi.

Se si tratta ti un Rito Religioso, anche il libretto Messa potrà riflettere il design prescelto nella copertina.

Mentre per il Ricevimento potranno essere tantissimi gli elementi in grafica coordinata: Welcome, Tableau o Escort Card, Menù e Segnaposto e Cavalierini per il gusto dei confetti

Saranno proprio tutti questi dettagli in coordinato a fare la differenza!

Infine anche per i Cadeaux Mariage o Bomboniere si potranno prevedere delle scatole personalizzate con il logo del Matrimonio, la vera ciliegina sulla torta!

Last July, thanks to the precious collaboration of exceptional suppliers and the availability of an exceptional location, very dear to me, I was finally able to realize a project I had been working on for some time: The Summer Vibes Wedding.

Creating and organizing Inspirational Shooting that can be an inspiration for my brides is one of the things I love most in my work.

Most of the requests I receive concern Weddings for the summer period.

Sometimes the Brides arrive already with clear ideas while many others rely on me completely, asking me to create something unique and special for them.

With Summer Vibes Wedding I wanted to convey the lightness and freshness that we like so much to breathe in summer and offer a new point of view.

Colors

I chose cheerful colors with pastel tones that are sometimes forgotten in favor of more sober Color Palettes or neutral shades.

I used them both in the design of the Wedding Stationary and in the Mise en Place.

Combined with white they have acquired elegance and refinement that as always want to be the main characteristics of my style.

Sharing the Creative project with the entire team of suppliers meant that every little detail expressed the chosen Mood.

The floral compositions were original and effective and enriched by the use of seasonal fruit.

Another peculiarity is the floral hairstyle for the Bride (a must for next season) and the Bouquet, decomposed and asymmetrical as I like it!

The Bride’s Make Up & Hair look is fresh and spontaneous, as in the hair style with natural waves.

The bride’s outfit is sparkling and slightly daring, because you must never give up your personality, not even and especially on your Wedding Day.

But very often it happens that this aspect is underestimated and that these are thought of as a mere information tool to be delivered to your guests.

Nothing could be more wrong.

There are very precise rules of Galateo to follow besides the fact that the invitation to the Marriage will have to reflect the style and the palette of colors chosen for the whole event.

It is the first element of the Wedding Stationery that must be entirely coordinated.

Wedding Stationary

Another is the set of all the graphic and printed elements present in the Marriage.

Invitations, Mass Booklet, Menu, Place Card, Elements of the Tableau or Escort Cards, signs for the taste of confetti and more.

Details like this make the difference in an event.

The coordinated graphics will help you keep the common thread chosen in every little, big thing.

The invitation will therefore help your guests understand the style of your wedding.

You will be grateful for this, even when they have to choose the most appropriate outfit.

If you have chosen the classic and elegant style for your Big Day, opting for a Wedding Participation in Carta Amalfi written in English Italics for example could be the right choice.

If instead your Wedding will be Country style in an outdoor location, you prefer a more informal solution in unworked cardboard or recycled paper, perhaps to be adorned with a bow in natural rope.

For the most modern, Wedding Invitations  on a transparent acrylic sheet with a gold-colored laser engraving, for example, are very popular at this time.If otherwise you prefer a simple but still fashionable style, choose Invitations with floral motifs in the color palette defined for your event.

As for the Galateo, in the past it was the families of the Spouses who announced the Marriage of their children.

Nowadays, also by virtue of the long cohabitations they make before getting married, it is the Spouses themselves who announce their Wedding and then you will use your first and last names.

Wedding Invitations: Informations

The information that should not be missing will be Date, Time and Place of the Ceremony, Location chosen for the reception with relative address.

Also remember to insert the word R.S.V.P. and your addresses and telephone numbers so that your guests are facilitated in confirming you.

Furthermore, inserting a small map inside that indicates the journey from the place of the ceremony to the place of the reception will be a very welcome detail for all your guests.

Don’t forget to write the envelopes strictly by hand, possibly with a fountain pen.

If your spelling is unreadable to most people, don’t worry, the solution could be to contact a calligrapher!

Banned professional or academic titles such as Dott., Or Prof.

Your guests will all be “Dear / Kindly”; what you will indicate on the envelope will make it clear to whom the invitation is extended: “Dear Family …”, “Dear Mr. and Mrs. …”, “Dear Mr. …”

Timing 

The suggestion is to deliver the participations about 3 months before the event and if you expect to have guests coming from other cities or from abroad, you must precede the official Invitation with a card with the Save the Date for the date choice a long time ago, so that you can better organize.

Not everyone knows what the Wedding Stationary is or at least they are not clear about the elements that are part of it.

The Wedding Stationary is nothing but the Coordinated Image of Marriage.

What is the coordinated image?

It is the set of all the graphic elements that starting from the logo will be developed according to the Wedding Style.

It will maintain a coherence of style in the various applications on the different supports.

The Logo

This can be more or less elaborate and generally includes the initials of the two spouses with a design suitable for the mood chosen for the event.

The logo will be inserted in all elements of the Wedding Stationary.

From the Wedding Participation, to the Menu, to the Placeholders, to the Welcome, Mass Booklet.

It can be projected with a light beam in a well-designed Light Design project.

Another fundamental element of the Wedding Stationary is the Invite, the true business card of the Wedding!

Often underestimated and thought of as a mere information tool about the places chosen for the ceremony and reception.

The Invite, on the other hand, must already reflect the mood of the event.

It can indicate to the guests if it will be a formal or informal wedding, for example, if a dress code is required.

The Wedding Bags can be personalized with the logo of the Spouses for example and if it is a Religious Rite, the Mass booklet may also reflect the design chosen on the cover.

While for the Reception there will be many elements in coordinated graphics.

Welcome, Tableau or Escort Card, Menu and Placeholder, Cavalierini for the taste of confetti.

All these coordinated details will make the difference!

Finally, also for Cadeaux Mariage, personalized boxes with the Wedding logo can be provided, the real icing on the cake!

Today I am writing to tell you how excited I felt and at the same time very confused when I had to organize my wedding.

Finally the dream came true.

The enthusiasm for the preparations was skyrocketing mixed with the desire to surprise and not disappoint relatives and friends.

So many locations to see, infinite set-up possibilities and many suppliers to meet and select.

The time available seemed very little, unsolicited opinions and advice rained down from the sky and the pressure was felt more and more.

Are you feeling so real too?

It is completely normal if you have not decided to go immediately to a professional capable of guiding you throughout the long process of organizing your wedding, but do not despair!

You are still in time to do it!

And yes, you still are even if you have already chosen the Church or the location.

I know that ideally it is not easy to rely on someone for something as important as the organization of your wedding.

But if you can do it, it will be perhaps the most risky but the most appropriate choice you can make!

Bride to be: Wedding Planner

Don’t forget empathy, choose your Wedding Planner not only for the professionalism and experience it has in the sector.

But also for how it listens to you and understands you … the bond that will be created will be very strong!

This is what happens with all my Brides.

I become their ally, a guide and at the same time the same way to go to achieve the common goal that is nothing but the realization of a dream, yours too!
